Playright Children’s Play Association (“Playright") is a charitable organization that advocates child’s right to play. We believe that play is key to all rounded development of every child.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Finance & Admin Manager / Operation Manager

You will

• Oversee and manage the Finance, HR, Admin, IT operation and development of the organization;
• Plan and conduct internal audit, improve control and risk management for better corporate governance;
• Review & improve the operation systems, processes, practices, procedures and related policies for efficiency & effectiveness;
• Participate in organization management, strategic planning and undertakes ad hoc projects or assignments as required;
• Assist in company secretariat duties, support Executive Committee and Subcommittee’s work.

You should have

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business management or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with qualification in internal audit (e.g. CIA, CISA and CFE)
• Ability to prepare and direct others in the preparation of clear and concise procedural and administrative manuals.
• At least 10-15 years’ experience in managing financial, personnel and administrative systems at senior management level
• Considerable knowledge of the modern principles and practices of organization, administration, and management.
• Experienced in IT project management is strongly desirable
• Strong analytical mind with good communication, influencing, negotiating and presentation skills
• Excellent planning and organizational, supervisory and training skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
