Duties:

• Client database maintenance
• Assist Manager on liaising with clients both local and overseas regarding matters for billing and payment
• Communication with Group Offices
• Handle billing and receipt matters
• Perform credit control and related correspondence
• Provide administrative support to the Department
• Other job related duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Recognized University with major in Accountancy, Finance 
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in accounting related field
• Experience in professional services or financial services environment is an advantage
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good customer service skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application
• Responsible, hardworking and independent
