Job Responsibilities:

• Provide  support in performing compliance and corporate governance matters.
• Assist in writing up operational procedures, ensuring operational procedures and business activities being in compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Perform periodic compliance and internal control monitoring tests on the Company’s various  activities.
• Assist in performing company secretarial duties. 
• Prepare necessary notification for filing to the Companies Registry and  SFC under relevant regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Law or other related      discipline(s).
• Minimum 1 year' solid working experience in financial institutions  (Preferably with money lending and prepaid/credit card experience).
• Hands-on experience in preparing company secretarial documents will be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Companies Ordinance, SFO, AML and Corporate Governance.
• A good team player, smart quick learner, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and discipline with good communication skills.
• Good PC  skills in Microsoft office processing skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua will be an advantage).
• Immediately available is preferred.   (Recent graduates will be considered)
