Responsibilities

1. Research

• conduct research and analysis on macro / regional / country real estate market
• keep abreast of market information on overseas real estate development and investment

 2. Investment analysis and asset management

• follow up and review valuation / feasibility proposals prepared by Investment Team and prepare executive summary of assets / opportunities / recommendations to Management
• prepare strategic papers on real estate investment
• create and update templates/models for real estate investment and financial analysis
• assist Management to formulate, execute and keep track of asset management initiatives

 3. Networking

• maintain and update the contact database on overseas investment for Management
• establish connections and rapport with real estate agencies, bankers and investment companies etc
• work with Investment Team to plan social connection / meetings / visits for Management’s business trips

Requirements

• experience in investment / property development analysis discipline
• common sense and straight shooter
• strong analytical mind
• good social / inter-personal skill
• good presentation skill in English and Cantonese
• transparent
• proactive
• hardworking
• patient

We work 5 days per week.
