Responsibilities:

• Handle and execute corporate finance projects including financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, structured financing, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions
• Assist in assessing potential deals, such as preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence
• Prepare required documents and draft announcements and circulars
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and HKSE in connection with respective implementation of projects

Requirements:

• A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Corporate Governance
• 3 years of related working experience in corporate finance, financial institutions or professional firms
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately Available will be an edge
