Job Responsibilities:

• Accounting duties including A/R, A/P, inventory, G/L;
• Perform HR functions including payroll, MPF etc and maintain HR records;
• Prepare voucher, arrange invoicing & cheque payment, data input etc.;
• Assist the month-end accounting entries;         
• Prepare regular reports and document;
• Handle administrative duties;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder/ LCCI in Accountancy or related discipline;
• 1 years or above accounting experience, familiar with AR / AP/ payroll preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word & Excel) and accounting software;
• Chinese input is essential;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, hard working, responsible, careful, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• Immediately available is preferable.
