Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Handle General Accounting duties (such as: Voucher Inputs, Filing etc)
- Monitor system records/transactions are booked accurately
- Handling Monthly Statements to Referrers
- Arrange Cheque Payments to Providers & Referrers
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty Cash Maintenance
- Assist in Some Admin Duties
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- LCCI intermediate or above
- 2 years of working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Mature and stable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Responsible, careful, well-organized, hard working & willing to learn
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
- Immediate available is highly preferred
