~  Degree or above in Finance or Accounting;
~  At least 8 years solid experience in accounting and/or auditing position.
~  Excellent interpersonal skill and strong analytical mind;
~  Mature, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines;
~  Good knowledge in accounting system & ERP system e.g. Peach Tree, SAP Business 1
~  Excellent Excel skill
~  Immediately available is preferred

Duties:
~  Report to Financial Controller
~  Oversee the accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial statements & reports;
~  Responsible for compiling of financial statements, consolidation reports, management reports and variance analysis;
~  Review individual company management reports;
~  Responsible for statutory audit and tax returns;
~  Participate in ad-hoc issues and projects.
~  Work closely with teammates colleagues for financial and operational matters;
~  Work closely with Management to support business planning and decision making;
~  Liaise with external parties including business partners, auditors and bankers
