Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handling full range of the company secretarial matters independently for privately-owned companies
Assisting in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

4 years relevant practical experience gained from professional firms and familiar with Companies Ordinance
Student / Associate member of ICSA / HKICS
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
