Job Description

Objective of the Role

Human Resources strives, as a professional, committed and efficient business partner for both management and our employees, to support and guide management in attracting, selecting, developing, motivating and retaining the best people in order to achieve excellence and sustainability in all aspects of the Bank’s business activities.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

HR Operations

  • Support HR Advisor in managing employees life cycle, including but not limited to interviews & onboarding logistics arrangement, employment contract & HR documents preparation, background check initiation & follow up
  • Assist in managing payroll and benefits administration process
  • Maintain HR employment files and records, and to ensure accuracy and compliance in HR systems
  • Produce regular HR reports and manage updates on staff movement and organizational chart
  • Administer HR sharepoints and invoices
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Administrative & Secretarial Support

  • Responsible for full range of secretarial support to Asia HR Head, including but not limited to travel & meeting arrangements and expense claims processing
  • Provide office administration to the HR team, including filing system management, stationary ordering, access cards and/or name card printing coordination
  • Coordinate offsite meetings and guest visits

 Regional Learning & Development

  • Administer regional learning & development sharepoint and coordinate marketing materials
  • Maintain comprehensive training records for the region
  • Work with internal facilities manager, IT and training vendors to organize trainings
  • Manage training registration process

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Accuracy and timeliness of delivering HR services
  • Feedback from Asia Head of HR and HR Advisors

Education

  • University graduate in relevant discipline 

Required knowledge

  • Well presented with fluency in English and an Asian language
  • Good number sensitivity and proven organization skills
  • Sound understanding of HR functions
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people in various functions and levels of seniority
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, including vLookup and PivotTable
  • Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
