Our clients is a European luxury fashion retailer with great exposure in Asia Pacific. They are looking for a Training Manager to join the team.  

The Job:

• Report to the Senior Regional Training Manager, to lead the training across corporate and field for HK and Macau 

• To in line with the global training curriculum, responsible for the timely delivery of all corporate training in the region

• Ensure all training is executed to the highest standards and meets the requirement of a luxury fashion house.
• Identify commercial opportunites at store level and create a regional training plan and execute

• Conduct TTT sessions and provide 

  coaching and development of store management and Field Trainers to ensure consistent and effective delivery of training in stores 

• Partner with Area Managers on store team development and culture

•  

  Partner with global training team to ensure material provided is localized appropriately 

• Collect feedback from stores teams on  training programs

The Candidate:

• Degree holder in any disciplines with 5 to 8 years product, customer services, in-store training or trainer experience, preferably in luxury retail sector
• High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese  
• Strong retail business acumen and analytical skills, action-oriented and 
• Strong leadership and coaching skills 
• Positive mentality/attitude is a must
• Ability to work under pressure
