Main duties:

• Administer the Continuing Medical Education (CME) Programme
• Process applications for CME accreditation
• Data-entry for CME attendance records
• Liaise with CME activities organizers
• Assist in office administration
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education or above with a minimum of 3 years related working experience with 5 passes in HKCEE or HKDSE, passes in English and Chinese are a MUST.
• Pleasant personality and positive work attitude are a MUST.
• A good team player with sound interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English is a MUST.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Able to work independently with initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Preference will be given to those with excellent command of English.
