• Supporting a team of high performing consultants where your key focus will be generating high caliber candidates using different sourcing techniques.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, the recruitment process and specific market sector you work in.
• Trained as a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage the entire recruitment process, which including
  - Source and identify potential candidates for opened positions
  - Arrange and conduct a screening Interview with candidates
  - Analyze, consolidate and present a suitable profile to clients
  - Negotiate the best salary and benefit packages for candidates
• Excel in the division you are most passionate in i.e.: Sales, Marketing, Finance, I.T, Human Resources, and Customer Service and Technical Support positions.
• Key person in charge of new joiners on boarding experience, administrative duties and ATS management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience in a Human Resources/ Recruitment environment
• Experience in a recruitment function with active sourcing and headhunting skills
• Highly organized, multitasking and proactive problem solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and dynamic working environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese is a MUST
