Job Description

This incumbent will provide executive support to the Head of Corporate Services and act as a leader and expert in driving and delivering the major corporate events and initiatives. This role requires a proven track record of bringing creative solutions, passions and power of engagement to execute a wide range of events.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • To proactively lead the Agency Support Team to deliver the highest quality corporate events and program experience in alignment of strategic goals of the Agency
  • To act as a key person & coordinator for the major corporate events like International Humanitarian Mooting Competition, Hong Kong Humanity Award, Humanity Campus, Caring Company and Overseas Involvement e.g. East Asia Leadership Meeting, etc.
  • To make an impact with your knowledge, experience, passion and connections with all stakeholders
  • Be accountable and orchestrate activities across all internal & external constituents and work comfortably with leadership to escalate and manage challenges
  • To supervise the Agencty Support Team, properly allocate and assign duties and manpower planning to achieve project targets
  • To create and manage budget, project plan and timelines to keep projects on time and on budget
  • To performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:-

  • High enthusiasm on human services
  • A good university degree preferably in management, corporate governance or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experiences with at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Sound programme coordination, presentation, event organizing and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills
  • Well organized, client-oriented, highly independent, self motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Solid knowledge and experiences in social services, volunteer management, corporate governance, emergency response, communications, training administration or trainer experience preferred
  • Good command of oral and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
