Job Description

Main Tasks

  • Provide general office administrative and executive support to management
  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions incl. recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, monthly payroll process, annual payroll review, MPF administration and etc.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required by the management from time to time

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above and more than 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluent Mandarin ,Cantonese and English (Spoken and Written)
  • Well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time independently
  • Familiar with PC/Window applications including Microsoft Words/Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Process good connection and social network facilitating to finish the job effectively and efficiently
  • Immediate available is preferred
