Job Description
Main Tasks
- Provide general office administrative and executive support to management
- Handle full spectrum of human resources functions incl. recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, monthly payroll process, annual payroll review, MPF administration and etc.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as required by the management from time to time
Requirements
- Degree holder or above and more than 10 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent Mandarin ,Cantonese and English (Spoken and Written)
- Well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time independently
- Familiar with PC/Window applications including Microsoft Words/Excel and Chinese word processing
- Process good connection and social network facilitating to finish the job effectively and efficiently
- Immediate available is preferred
