Responsibilities

• Responsible to provide HR generalist services to HK & other PRC offices
• Assist in all round HR duties including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations, Employee Relations, etc.
• Coordinate with the Regional team on HR related projects or tasks
• Work closely with regional HR team in ad hoc projects
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree holder or above of Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in sizable companies with regional exposure is required, experience in Financial Services is an advantage
• Well-versed in HK and PRC employment and taxation law are required
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to travel to the Mainland China and work flexible hour upon request
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Regional HR Manager
