Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide HR generalist services to HK & other PRC offices
- Assist in all round HR duties including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations, Employee Relations, etc.
- Coordinate with the Regional team on HR related projects or tasks
- Work closely with regional HR team in ad hoc projects
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Degree holder or above of Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in sizable companies with regional exposure is required, experience in Financial Services is an advantage
- Well-versed in HK and PRC employment and taxation law are required
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to travel to the Mainland China and work flexible hour upon request
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Regional HR Manager
