An international law firm is looking for a hands-on Receptionist to manage the front desk including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, sorting out mail, etc. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Manage meeting room bookings for the office 
• Handle incoming calls in a professional manner 
• Greet all visitors, take visitors to meeting rooms and inform relevant parties 
• Make sure all incoming and outgoing postage and couriers are handled properly
• Assist in general administration work

 
Requirements: 

• Receptionist or front desk experience with professional services industry (prior experience in a law firm is highly advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese 
• Possess a "can-do" attitude 
• Good ability to multi-task
   

Candidates who are able to start immediately are highly preferred.
