Responsibilities 

• Manage full spectrum of human resources function including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll and tax reporting, etc.
• Provide full range of quality general administration services including procurement of office supplies and equipment, facilities services and maintenance, office security and safety, office cleaning, insurance and mailing, etc.
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in human resources and general administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated and customer focused
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR system application
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
