Job Description
Post 1: Shipping Clerk (Seafreight)
- F.6 or above;
- 3 years or above experience in shipping/ freight forwarding;
- Handle export shipments US/ Europe/ Middle-east/ Asia Pacific;
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties in arranging loading schedules;
- Prepare month-end report;
- Proficiency in Excel would be an advantage;
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Negotiable;
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Kwai Tsing;
- Good fringe benefits: Banking holiday, medical insurance etc.
Post 2: Shipping Officer
- 1 year or above experience in Shipping;
- Fresh graduates will also be considered;
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot table, v-look up) is preferred but not a must;
- Handle full set of I/E documents, import & export issue;
- Familiar with L/C and China Custom clearance procedure (not a must);
- Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$12K – 18K + discretionary bonus;
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui;
- Good fringe benefits: Banking holiday, medical insurance etc.
