Main Responsibilities: 

• To assist the Operation Team to provide full aspect of operational and administrative support (such as sales report, memo, promotion activities and roster)
• To liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations flow
• To prepare data about sales performance, product sales performance, sales staff performance and KPI for business use
• To provide general administrative support to frontline staff
• To handle most writing tasks related to the operating instructions
• To handle ad hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Strong analytical, highly proactive, supportive and self-motivated, work under pressure
• Attentive to details with high standard of accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
