Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily orders / maintenance job dispatch, jobs completion, job status update and related reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Technical Team on orders’ progress follow-up
- Assist internal technicians for trouble-shooting and order support
Requirement:
- Form 5 / DSE graduate
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales coordination and support
- Work experience in Telecommunication Industry is highly preferred
- Able to read & write both English & Chinese
- Computer Literacy
- Shift duty is required with shift allowance
