Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with Business Managers to deliver quality day-to-day HR services including but not limited to recruitment & selection, on boarding & off boarding arrangements, performance management, etc.
• Responsible for entire recruitment process including identifying the effective recruitment channels, preparing job advertisement, screening incoming resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, confirming job offers and preparing on boarding documents, etc.
• Assist in off boarding process, such as preparing final payment, conducting exit interviews, etc.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc recruitment reports, such as headcount, staff turnover, organization charts, etc.
• Assist in organizing company events and / or staff activities
• Support recruitment exercises such as job fair, recruitment day, career talk, etc.
• Perform any other HR duties as assigned 
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience, depends on position applied
• Exposure from motor or labor intensive industry will be an absolute advantage
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and good team player 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labor Law and any other legal regulations
• Experience in organizing recruitment activities such as job fair, campus hiring and career talk is an advantage
• Work Location: Matauwei / Tsuen Wan (MTR)
