Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team in providing daily operation services to business units including but not limited to recruitment & selection, on boarding & off boarding arrangements, employee engagement, performance management, manpower planning, etc.
• Identify effective recruitment channels
• Assist to execute HR policies and procedures and ensure the alignment with business strategies and compliance with statutory requirements
• Organize staff relationship programs and staff activities
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably from multi-national company
• Exposure from motor or labor intensive industry will be an absolute advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP experience is a plus
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labor Law and Workmen Compensation
• Able to handle multi-tasks & work under tight timeline, detail oriented and a good team player
• Location: Tsuen Wan (near MTR)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Human Resources
