Job Description
Our client, a well-known shipping company is now looking for an experienced receptionist to join their energetic team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receptionist duties and greet visitors in professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer enquiries
- Perform office administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning and data entry
- Manage conference room reservations and take care of office supplies
- Work with Office Assistant to handle mailing and courier service
- Perform any ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above with minimum 3 years of receptionist experience
- Experience in taking care of office administrative tasks
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Helpful, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent spoken of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English desirable
