• Assist in HRIS enhancement and implementation including UAT
• To act as a consultant to internal HR team on HRIS, translate the requirements to the External Vendor on HRIS development, implementation and maintenance and other HR-related systems
• Oversee data integrity and accuracy, developing reports and training manuals
• Assist Compensation & Benefits Team in benefits administration and ad hoc HR projects
• Provide support for Human Resources duties such as handling attendance, leave record and updating personnel information
• Degree holder in Computer Studies or related discipline, IT experience in banking or financial sector is an advantage
• Strong inter-personal skills, well-organized, result-oriented and able to work independently
• 1 – 2 years working experience
• Experience in website development, design and maintenance is an advantage
