Job Description
We are currently helping our client in search for a Regional Organization Development Director. This is a newly created role in the regional HR team. As a member of both the APAC regional HR team and the Global Organization Development team, you will be responsible for partnering with regional business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders at multiple levels to develop and implement solutions that align with key business strategies and enhance organizational performance. This role will also contribute to and lead global organization development initiatives.
Key responsibilities: |
- Responsible for assessing organization needs, designing and deploying various management and organizational development programs, tools and processes
- Work closely with Global OD team on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies
- Provide expert facilitation of global and local programs within the region
- Provide OD coaching and support to regional HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Ensure the following programs, tools and processes are executed effectively across the region: Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development etc.
- Provide line manager and employee development coaching
- Prepare leaders and employees to lead and manage change throughout the organization
- Participate in regional and global HR project teams regularly
Key requirements:
- MBA or Master Degree in organization development, organizational psychology or related fields
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with prior experience gained from HR consulting firms highly preferred
- Strong experience and knowledge of organization development strategies, tools, processes and practices
- Extensive experience within the financial services/insurance industries preferred
- Fluent English language skills and fluent in a second language, preference for an Asian language
- Ability to effectively build strong relationships and influence at multiple levels of the organization
