Responsibilities:

• Provide HR day-to-day administration support and professional HR advice and services to working partners
• Handle HR projects including communication, policies and procedures review, salary and bonus review, benchmarking etc.
• Responsible for work injury cases and employee compensation
• Handle staff grievance and disciplinary issue
• Assist hiring team to achieve the recruitment target
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and/or projects as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years proven HR experience gained in sizable organization
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of MS office especially in MS Excel
• Detail-minded, Mature, independent and must be respectful with excellent interpersonal skills
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
