Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and business leaders and human resources team assess their hiring needs
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues and set standards on identified and make recommendations to the hiring manager as to the best list of qualified candidates
• Source candidates directly and work with recruitment partners
• Monitor recruitment process from selection to offer acceptance, keep warm and managing candidate's expectation
• Maintain and monitor candidate database and ensure all policies and process are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology and other related discipline
• At least 3 years experience in recruitment / sourcing experience
• FMCG recruiting experience of technology and manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Hands on experience in recruiting for Hong Kong and exposure to hiring across the region is required
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Immediate Available is a must
