Responsibility:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Manpower planning, Employee Relations, Performance Management etc.
• Familiar With Employment Ordinance, Ensure regulatory compliance of human resources, administration, statutory and corporate governance requirements
• Responsible for full spectrum general administrative support, Manage and Coordinate the Administrative team
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager

Qualifications:

1. University graduate in business administration, Human Recourse or related discipline is preferred
2. 3+ years experiences in Administrative Management

Desirable Qualities:

1. A strong desire to develop a career in HR, with a can-do attitude and willing to learn
2. Good team player with strong coordination skills
3. detail-minded and  able to handle multiple projects at a time
4. Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
