Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize, co-ordinate & support charity events & voluntary services from liaison, preparation, on-site arrangements & assistance during the activities & post-event follow-up work as well as executing digital platform posts & feeds
- Input data, prepare memos & videos, payment arrangements & process the workflow of charity events & voluntary services
- Communicate with all levels of staff pro-actively to motivate participations and encourage sense of belonging & team spirit
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- With experience in organizing charity events & voluntary activities preferably in NGOs
- Hardworking, meticulous, self-motivated and a good team player
- Outgoing, passionate in carrying out charity & voluntary activities with positive mind-set as well as strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese
- Willing to work in irregular hours and weekends
