Job Duties

• Responsible for the daily communication and coordination among office, suppliers and logistics companies and customers. 
• Handle China Customs documents. 
• Monitor delivery schedule and liaise with 3PL for timely and accurate delivery
• Support supplier shipping issues.
• Handle Shipping and costing reports 
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
• Manage and assist with day to day running of the office. 

Requirements

• Diploma or above ideally in Logistics Management
• Min 5 years solid logistics experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• An excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Putonghua) is a must.
