Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting International guests and visitors
• Answering incoming calls and transferring daily enquiries
• Daily mail handling and courier arrangement
• Providing quality administrative and secretarial support
• General office daily administration work
• Coordinate administration work with different kinds of vendors
• Maintaining the company database
• Providing dynamic support to senior management members of the Firm
• Assisting in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Ideal candidate is/possesses:

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Experience in working with expatriate, finance industry or similar roles would be advantages
• Good tone and manner in handling phone calls
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Diligent, polite and pleasant characteristics
• Conscientious and mature, particularly in dealing with sensitive or confidential matters
• With “can-do” attitude and willing to learn, mature, highly independent, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Detailed oriented
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing is a must
• Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY and does not require a working visa
