Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing full range of secretarial and administrative support including internal and external communication to the director of the group;
- Managing daily workflows and business correspondence independently;
- Arranging executive meetings, business appointments, social functions, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently;
- Taking minutes
- Handling ad hoc duties as assigned by Management;
Qualification:
- Degree in Language / Business Administration / Legal Studies or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of related working experience is preferred
- Excellent English and Mandarin, studied aboard will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Smart, Presentable, Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized
