Job description

• Provide full secretarial support to the senior management team.
• To handle correspondence telephone calls & emails.
• Prepare different business correspondence - letters, agenda, minutes, etc.
• Prepare presentation materials, proposals and reports.
• Assist in managing other ad hoc tasks/ projects whenever necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration related fields are welcomed.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong communications and adaptability, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
• Well-organised, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
