Our client is a well-regarded asset manager. They are currently looking for Senior Manager, HR & Admin to join their fast growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a HR team to manage the all-round HR responsibilities including recruitment, HR operations, learning and development and C&B, etc.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and plans to meet business priorities
• Responsible for defining standards of recruitment and induction
• Maintain a solid understanding and working knowledge of the business function and business strategy
• Participate in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies
• Provide support and advice to managers in relation to performance/talent development
• Act as main point of contact for employees in relation to HR related questions

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial institutions with proven experience as team manager
• Knowledge of banking / financial industry  
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Good Chinese writing skills is required
