Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support full spectrum of Administrative services;
Provide general clerical support and administrative duties for all outlets and office
Responsible for maintaining office and restaurant maintenance and repair;
Handle office administration
Develop and Implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain attendance & leave record, personnel files and filing system
Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
4 years relevant working experience;preferably in F&B /Catering industry
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese;
Able to work independent with minimal supervision;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;
Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang, 1 min walk to MTR station
Immediate availability is highly preferable
