Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions of Shenzhen Office, including recruitment and selection, payroll, employee relationship and others HR related;
• Provide full spectrum of office administration functions such as office security, renovation, relocation, auditing, procurement and supplies, housekeeping, maintenance and repair;
• Formulate, implement and review the strategies and policies for the HR and Administration functions, including review and update procedures/operating manuals and guidelines;
• Prepare, review and manage budget, and analyse operating expenses, and identify areas for resources and cost savings;
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments;
• Need to stay/frequent travel to Shenzhen.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years all-round HR and Administration experience;
• Hand on experience in trading or manufacturing industries is an advantage;
• Well-versed in PRC and HK employment ordinance and related legislation;
• Mature, well-organized, detail oriented and can work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position.
