Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Help the whole project team in the day-to-day administration operation;
- Prepare project equipment submission, such as preparing catalog and compiling the submission booklets;
- Issue new project file upon award of contacts and filling of project incoming and outgoing documents;
- Contact suppliers and subcontractors for the requirements of the project team;
- Help checking the tender quantity and unit rate schedule after the project is awarded for the project engineers to start preparing the necessary equipment schedule for site implementation and cost checking etc.;
- Observe the environmental, health and safety policy and regulations.
Requirements:
- F6, Diploma or relevant discipline;
- Be self-motivated and good communication skills;
- With good PC skills, good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
