The Job:

• Manage cooked foods / butchery concession operations on counter executions and sales maximization
• Monitor and manage staff performance as well as to provide training to optimize the total counter business
• Participate in designing counter presentation and layout
• Manage inventory to ensure smooth operation 
• Review and implement policies and procedures for counter operations

The Person: 

• Degree holder in Operations Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in catering / retail chains counters
• Strong commitment to food quality excellence and proficient in cost and budgetary controls
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
