Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in Hong Kong & Macau through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements and the DKSH behavior model
  • Manage and implement the selection matrix for choosing the optimum resourcing channels and sources (e.g. newspaper advertisements, social media, websites, magazines, external search agencies/consultants, etc.) Ensure compliance and customize tools/templates to meet internal requirements
  • Maximize the resourcing budget utilization against costs in hiring activities
  • Review periodical reporting of resourcing and talent acquisition activities (e.g. reports, dashboards, analytics, etc.). Recommend tactical action plans, where applicable
  • Develop a pool of qualified external candidates by building networks to monitor, track and periodically locate identified qualified candidates for specialized/critical jobs; create contacts within the industry and attend job/career fairs to increase awareness of the organization
  • Plan and organize campus talk and job fairs
  • Act as the country-level point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all resourcing and talent acquisition issues/requests
  • Conduct interview skills training to internal stakeholders
  • Manage the implementation of ad hoc projects and initiatives related to resourcing and talent acquisition to ensure continuous improvements of P&O solutions

 

Job requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Hands on experience in resourcing processes/tools, candidate interviews and assessments skills, local hiring landscape, etc.
  • Demonstrate advanced research, proactive candidate sourcing and analytical skills
  • Creative, dynamic and self-starter capable to working independently
  • Excellent communication and relational skills to be able to liaise at all levels
  • Knowledge in labor law and employment best practices preferred
  • Computer literate, well-versed in Excel and Power point
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
