Associate (Company Secretarial Service Division)

We are currently looking for a competitive candidate to join our growing team for Hong Kong Company Secretaries Service. The candidate is supposed to support the company secretarial team serving our clients from Europe and US.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Corporate Secretarial team in providing a full range of professional services in respect of statutory compliance duties to client companies;
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the team
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required.

Requirements:

• 1 year relevant experience gained from professional firms;
• Knowledge / Hands-on experience in CSA a definite advantage;
• Responsible, detail-oriented and well-organized;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Familiar with PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Fresh graduates with outstanding education background can be considered;
• Immediate available is preferred.
