Job Description

• Support HR business partners, working closely with them to understand, anticipate and provide solutions;
• Work proactively with assigned Business Units in overall support with reference to internal transfers, relocation and redeployment
• Lead and drive backend activities regarding employee development and retention, performance management, succession planning, talent management to ensure the success of business initiatives;
• Support the HR business partner during the annual compensation review process and provision of regular market intelligence;
• Help the HR business partner in facilitating employee satisfaction survey, retention and recognition programs, etc;
• Maintain cohesive and integrated working relationship with various departments such as Shared Services Team as well as regional and global HR counterparts to support the overall assigned business units;
• Drive and execute all operational activity such as employee transfer, separation, relations matters, etc;

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Ideally 2 to 4 years of HR experience, have previously been in a generalist role and shared service center
• Working knowledge in prevailing employment ordinance and related regulations and good understanding of HR best practice;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Strong excel worksheet and PowerPoint skills
• Positive thinking with "can-do" mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a strong team contributor and communicator (to both the HR and business teams)
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
