Job Description

  Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Business Administrative disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience 
  • Experiences in personal assistant / secretary to top management would be advantage
  • Knowledge in accounting or secretarial training is preferred
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Possess self-motivated and responsible personality, willing to learn, detailed mind, good communication skill and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily office administrative support, such as maintaining filing system, making report, travel arrangement, processing of expense claims
  • Maintaining staff records for leave and various performance
  • Cooperate with all departments for all office administration work and company events
  • Assist management with ad hoc assignment as requested
