Job Description
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Business Administrative disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Experiences in personal assistant / secretary to top management would be advantage
- Knowledge in accounting or secretarial training is preferred
- Strong knowledge in MS Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Possess self-motivated and responsible personality, willing to learn, detailed mind, good communication skill and work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily office administrative support, such as maintaining filing system, making report, travel arrangement, processing of expense claims
- Maintaining staff records for leave and various performance
- Cooperate with all departments for all office administration work and company events
- Assist management with ad hoc assignment as requested
