Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform general operations on sales orders including order follow-up and office clerical work (phone call taking, data entry and filing)
- To prepare quotation, other sales documentation (e.g. invoice) and reports
- To coordinate with internal and external parties for order/job arrangement
- To handle payment and transaction records (including fund transfer at banks)
- To assist in daily work including daily receipts, petty cash and issue reminders on outstanding debts
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience, not limited to the IT industry, fresh graduate are also welcome
- Open-minded, self-motivated, positive mind-set and can work independently with a pleasant character
- Able to communicate in English and Putonghua
- Basic PC knowledge
