Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist executive in daily operations
- Project team coordination including reporting schedule
- Consolidation of Master Reporting Documents
- Updating and implementing Office Systems
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
- Experience in construction or related field will be an advantage
- Good command of office coordination
- Experience in documentation management and correspondence
- Keen eye for details and procedural management
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Strong communication skills
- Competent use of computing software (MS Office)
- Willing to travel
