Our client, a Hong Kong based investment holding company principally engaged in property-related businesses is now seeking a high caliber to join their team

Reporting to the Division Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources and administration functions for commercial properties in various PRC cities. You shall possess strong management and leadership skills and able to work independent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide advisory services to team heads and frontline management on recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee development and etc.
• Understand business needs on manpower planning and initiate recruitment strategies to attract right talent
• Identify training needs and design employee development program
• Review Corporate HR & Administrative policies to meet the operational needs
• Keep abreast of latest development of PRC labour law and ensure to comply the related regulations

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in property management, of which 5 years at managerial level
• Familiar with PRC labour laws and regulations
• Solid experience in conduct recruitment campaign in PRC
• Occasional travel to PRC is required (based in Hong Kong)
• A team player with a strong detail orientation and positive mindset
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese. Putonghua is a MUST
