Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in all aspect of Learning & Development matters, including identify training needs, review and design training plan, execute and evaluate the results
  • Lead and assist in organising and coordinating various HR initiatives, staff engagement programmes  and internal communications to promote / enhance staff relationship
  • May expand to support other HR areas, including Recruitment, etc. 
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 4-5 years HR experience, preferably in L&D (in-house training or training solutions provider experience), Staff Relations or Engagement
  • Energetic, willing, independent, self-initiative, detail-minded with good organisational skills
  • Good team players who are highly flexible with an analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance, MPF scheme Ordinance and related regulations
  • Good command of both Chinese & English, strong skill in business writing preferred
