Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in all aspect of Learning & Development matters, including identify training needs, review and design training plan, execute and evaluate the results
- Lead and assist in organising and coordinating various HR initiatives, staff engagement programmes and internal communications to promote / enhance staff relationship
- May expand to support other HR areas, including Recruitment, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 4-5 years HR experience, preferably in L&D (in-house training or training solutions provider experience), Staff Relations or Engagement
- Energetic, willing, independent, self-initiative, detail-minded with good organisational skills
- Good team players who are highly flexible with an analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance, MPF scheme Ordinance and related regulations
- Good command of both Chinese & English, strong skill in business writing preferred
