You will report to the HR Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Answer internal and external telephone calls; arrange conferencing calls
• Take messages:incoming calls, answering machine, absences, update telephone list                   
• Greet client and arrange tea/coffee
• Coordinate meeting room bookings
• Arrange courier; sort and distribute mails
• Arrange order for stationery, printing matter, pantry items and office supplies
• Liaise with building management – cleaners, building facilities, distribute general information
• Ensure the reception, meeting rooms and pantry are clean and tidy
• Supervise tea lady, cleaner and coordinate driver’s schedule
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years of receptionist experience
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Pleasant, team-oriented, self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available will be an advantage
