Job Description
You will report to the HR Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Answer internal and external telephone calls; arrange conferencing calls
- Take messages:incoming calls, answering machine, absences, update telephone list
- Greet client and arrange tea/coffee
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Arrange courier; sort and distribute mails
- Arrange order for stationery, printing matter, pantry items and office supplies
- Liaise with building management – cleaners, building facilities, distribute general information
- Ensure the reception, meeting rooms and pantry are clean and tidy
- Supervise tea lady, cleaner and coordinate driver’s schedule
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years of receptionist experience
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Pleasant, team-oriented, self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available will be an advantage
