Job Description:

• Responsible for full range of HR daily operations including manpower planning, budget preparation, recruitment and selection, employment, payroll, salary revision, C&B administration, performance management, taxation, P-fund administration, insurance renewal, etc.;
• Responsible for HR reporting, HR audit exercises, etc.;
• Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities;
• Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. career talks, employer branding activities, system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Support trade licensing matters;
• Any other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in HR Management or related disciplines;
• Min. 5 years all-rounded experience in HR & Training field especially payroll and tax filing of which min. 2 years at supervisory level;
• Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Well verse with Labour Ordinance and HR related legislations;
• Be pro-active and possesses Can-do attitude; good team player, result-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
