Job Scope: -

• Resposible for project day-to-day site operation, such as filing, time card recording, material incoming record update etc.;
• To Follow up site progress;
• Liaise among consultant, sub-contractor and related parties;
• Assist in Project in-charge at site to carry out daily operation;
• Out-door work may be required.

• F. 5 / HKDSE or above with 1 year of relevant experience in administration duties;
• Experience in construction industry is highly preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese word-processing;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
